1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CodeForge services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

CodeForge provides custom software development services, including but not limited to web development, mobile applications, SaaS solutions and technology consulting.

3. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights will be established in the specific contract for each project:

• Developed code will be owned by the client upon completion of payment
• CodeForge retains rights to proprietary tools and frameworks
• The client obtains a license to use the delivered software

4. Payments and Billing

Payment terms will be specified in each project proposal. They generally include an initial deposit, milestone payments and a final payment upon project completion.

5. Confidentiality

CodeForge commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client and project information. We can sign additional confidentiality agreements as needed.

6. Warranties and Support

We offer warranty on developed code and post-launch support as agreed in each contract. Specific warranty and support terms are detailed in the project proposal.

7. Limitation of Liability

CodeForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional conduct.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after posting on our website.
